INGLEWOOD – No tickets were sold matching all six numbers in Wednesday’s Powerball drawing, pushing Saturday’s estimated jackpot to $50 million.
One ticket was sold matching five numbers and the Power Play in Washington and is worth $2 million. The ticket doubled in value because for an extra $1 per play, you can multiply your non-jackpot winnings by 2, 3, 4, or 5 times.
The numbers drawn in Wednesday evening’s Powerball lottery were 2, 24, 45, 53, 64 and the Powerball number was 5.
The Powerball game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
