LOGAN - The Cache Valley Media Group is holding their fifth annual Latino Festival, taking over Center Street between Main Street and 100 W. in Logan on Saturday Sept. 13 with a full-blown celebration from 10 am. until 10 p.m.
Festival organizer Carolina Calbimonte and Claudia La Chilena from 97.3 JUAN FM, with Conexión Latina members Mayra Cueva (Ecuador) and Diana Manzo (Mexico), will give the Latino heritage, dance, music and food of more than 10 countries an extra push. They also plan to celebrate the birth of the United States 250 years ago.
