TRAVERSE CITY – The Downtown Development Authority has not published an annual report in two years, ending a longtime practice of sharing detailed updates about downtown’s financial health and business mix with the public.

The last annual report posted on the DDA’s website is from 2022. Past reports regularly included vacancy rates and charts breaking down how much space retail, restaurants, services, and other uses occupied downtown.
