One thing is for certain right now and that is if you decide to check out an Upper Cape Tech volleyball match, you’d better be prepared to be there for a while. The Lady Rams played their third match of the season on Wednesday afternoon , September 10, and for the third time in as many matches, they went the full five sets. For the first time, the long time on the court was worthwhile as the Rams picked up their first win of the fall with a 3-2 victory over Sturgis West.

UCT won 21-25, 19-25, 25-15, 25-20, 15-8, as they rallied from two sets down to pull it out in the end.

Senior setter Nadia Prunier had five kills with two blocks and 22 assists in the match. Sophomore Daisha Nunes had five aces, eight kills and 13 digs. Negella Johnson had 15 digs from the libero spot with six aces. N
