MILLERSVILLE, Pa. — If the worst in animal disease happens, PennAg Industries Association is ready.

The Pennsylvania agribusiness trade organization now operates a rapid response center in Lancaster County in partnership with the state Department of Agriculture to help depopulate animals if an outbreak occurs.
