PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Gladstone man who was previously convicted of federal child sex abuse crimes pleaded guilty to additional Clackamas County charges on Friday.

Noah Whitefield Madrano, 43, transported a 13-year-old girl from Canada to Oregon City, where he sexually abused her, the Clackamas County District Attorney's Office said.

The Clackamas County Senior Deputy District Attorney described Madrano as a "manipulative, sadistic, violent, dangerous pedophile."

Madrano met his victim online in 2021 after posing as a 17-year-old boy. Prosecutors said he groomed the girl, then sexually exploited her for more than a year before meeting her in Edmonton, Alberta, in May 2022. He then took her to a hotel room, sexually abused her, and recorded it, officials said.
