BRANDON NOVOTNY , 32, waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over to District Court Sept. 3 for two counts of delivery of meth, felony possession of mushrooms and marijuana and defrauding a drug test. On July 14, deputies were watching a home on Kristan Avenue that they knew was owned by Novotny, whom they knew was involved with selling and dealing drugs. A 2011 black Jeep Cherokee was seen leaving the home and making a turn without signaling. A deputy pulled the Jeep over on Garner Lake Road near the Maverik. The driver, a 34-year-old woman, was asked to step out of the car. Meth and marijuana paraphernalia were found in the front passenger side seat.
