Solid and spotted koi imported from Japan live in the largest of three ponds on one 0.95-acre property in Melville. The two smaller ponds are home to goldfish, said listing agent Gabriel Simoes.
The fish are to be included in the sale of the three-bedroom, four-bathroom house that overlooks the ponds, said Simoes, of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. The Roundtree Drive property, which falls within the Half Hollow Hills Central School District, is on the market for $2.15 million. Taxes on the parcel total $25,687.

Each pond has a waterfall — the biggest one has two, Simoes said — and there are additional pond-less water features on the property. He described the backyard, which also has a pool
