POP megastar Taylor Swift has refused to give evidence in friend Blake Lively’s court battle unless “forced” to — amid rumours they have fallen out.
The singer’s lawyers have said she “did not agree” to testify and has “no material role” in the case.
Blake is suing co-star Justin Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment and launching a smear campaign against her after they clashed on the set of 2024 film It Ends With Us, which he also directed.
His lawyers claim Taylor agreed to a make a sworn statement in the case, which her team has now denied.
Mr Baldoni’s team also want to use text messages sent between the two women as evidence.
In one, Blake said Taylor was one of her “dragons”.
But the pop icon says the only way she would be interrogated by Mr Baldoni’s lawyers was if she wa
