HOUSTON — The Houston Dash have placed veteran Canadian midfielder Sophie Schmidt on the season-ending injury list after undergoing knee surgery. The 37-year-old from Abbotsford, B.C., was hurt Sept. 7 in the second half against San Diego Wave FC.
