On Saturday, the Chicago Cubs honored Anthony Rizzo. The slugger had a great 14-year career split between the San Diego Padres , Chicago Cubs, and New York Yankees , where he was a three-time All-Star, four-time Gold Glove Award winner, Silver Slugger Award winner, Roberto Clemente Award winner, and a World Series champion.
The club honored him with a tribute video ahead of the game, and he also threw out the first pitch. With his ties to cancer, Rizzo wore a Cubs jersey that was signed by cancer patients he had visited throughout the years.
