College football fans are loving the Arizona State Sun Devils’ on-field design to honor the 9/11 victims ahead of tonight’s home game against the Texas State Bobcats.

As Thursday marked the 24th anniversary of 9/11, sports teams around the nation have paid tribute to the victims and first responders. For tonight’s contest, the Arizona State Sun Devils implemented a field design with a message reading “9 11 WE REMEMBER” at midfield:

Football fans praised Arizona State for the heartwarming gesture.
