The Eagles have elevated safety Marcus Epps and tight end Cameron Latu for their matchup against the Chiefs in Kansas City on Sunday.
They also placed rookie offensive tackle Cameron Williams on Injured Reserve.

This is the second elevation for Epps, which means he has one more remaining this season. Epps didn’t play on defense in the season opener but he did play 13 snaps on special teams. Just four players were on the field more on special teams.
The Eagles just added Epps before the start of the 2025 season but he provides safety depth as well as special teams ability.
