NORTH APOLLO, Pa. —

An investigation is ongoing after a 19-year-old was killed in a crash in North Apollo Friday night.

Our news partners at the Trib reported that a one-vehicle crash occurred before 10 p.m. at Pegtown Avenue and River Road. Advertisement

The Armstrong County Coroner’s Office later identified the victim as Jace Albert Hoe III, of Kiski Township.

The coroner, according to the Trib, said Hoe was driving a Subaru sedan at the time of the incident. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 11 p.m.

Officials did not provide any additional details as to how the crash occurred.
