The television personality admitted to having a "two-week fling" with a beauty clinic owner just two weeks after marrying his wife, Sinead.

The 34-year-old star candidly expressed that it was the 'biggest mistake of his life' as Thomas encountered the woman at a pub where she offered him "cosmetic slimming treatments."

This affair occurred shortly after he and Sinead exchanged vows in May 2022.
