CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - On Saturday, the nonprofit Latinos Unidos for Community Inclusion hosted the Cedar Rapids Festival Latino at McGrath Amphitheatre.

The event celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month.

Many booths offered authentic Hispanic foods and goods for people to enjoy.

The festival also included local Latin-American performances with mariachi music and dancing.

The festival offered a variety of local Latin-American music acts, including Mariachi Guerreros de Mexico, and local community performers and dancers.

Authentic Hispanic foods from local vendors were available for purchase.

There were many free activities for children, including piñatas, face painting, balloons and other activities.
