CHICAGO (WGN) — A 65-year-old Chicago man is accused in the shooting death of a 36-year-old woman in the city's Englewood neighborhood.
Gregory Hudson, 65, faces multiple felonies, including first-degree murder, after police say he shot and killed a woman discovered in the 6500 block of S. Damen Ave., on Thursday, Sept. 13.
Officers arrested Hudson hours earlier in the 700 block of W. 113th St. in Roseland.
Cook County prosecutors charged Hudson with the following: • One felony count – Murder - First Degree • One felony count – Concealment of homicidal death • One felony count – Aggravated kidnapping/armed • One felony count – Arson/real/personal property greater than $150 • Two felony counts – Aggravated Crime Sexual Assault with a firearm
Hudson is due in court on Sunday.
