MCCREARY COUNTY, Ky. ( WKYT /Gray News) - A man in Kentucky is accused of killing his partner and writing a to-do list to cover up the alleged crime, according to authorities.

Daniel Kearney is facing four charges, including murder, abuse of a corpse, and cruelty to animals.

According to an arrest citation, Kearney’s partner, identified as 36-year-old Damian Poole, was reported missing by his mother on September 9.

It was determined that Poole lived with Kearney at a camper on Farm Ridge Road, and a warrant was issued to search the home.
