Southern Cal was on a lengthy losing streak when it had to travel east for a game, but snapped it against the Boilermakers.

It won't go down in any record book, but Southern Cal snapped a long losing streak with its win over Purdue football on Saturday.

Much had been made of the travel sequences for the Trojans since joining the Big Ten last season. Well, their streak of 14 losses when traveling east at least two time zones ended in the 33-17 win over the Boilermakers .
