LEXINGTON — Cutter Boley was the center of attention all week and leading into kickoff.

A backfield mate stole the show once Saturday's game started.

Boley made his second career start — and first of the season — at quarterback for Kentucky football on Saturday. But it was running back Seth McGowan who had the most noteworthy showing versus Eastern Michigan .

McGowan ran for 104 yards and three touchdowns on 18 carries as the Wildcats eased past the Eagles, 48-23, at Kroger Field .
