Disorderly conduct, Bell Street:

A pizza store manager, 21, reported 10:55 a.m. Aug. 26 that she had a verbal dispute with the business owner, 64. After an investigation, police were unable to determine a primary aggressor due to conflicting statements.

Assistance, East Washington Street:

Officers responded to the scene of reported family trouble shortly after noon Aug. 25. There was no evidence of a crime, and police advised the involved parties to avoid each other.

Traffic stop, Miles Road:

While on patrol 3:05 p.m. Aug. 26 in the area of East Washington Street and Pleasant Drive an officer observed a traffic violation. The officer stopped the 25-year-old driver and found he did not have a driver’s license in Ohio nor in his home country of Mexico. Police cite
