Whether you’re into country, hip-hop, jazz, blues, oldies, Christian rock, pop, holiday music, or something else, there are a few offerings that will likely catch your attention on the Toledo-area music scene this fall.
Steve Miller, regional general manager for the Huntington Center, the Glass City Center, and the Stranahan Theater, said it’s all about the numbers for the larger venues he represents.
No surprise there, huh?
“We’re a great concert market because we sell tickets,” he said. “That keeps the promoters and the acts coming back because they know they’ll have good crowds.”
A promising show for a little more of an international flavor will be the Sept. 28 concert at the Stranahan featuring the supergroup known as Celtic Thunder and the band’s distinctive Irish vocalists.
