On the surface, it may have appeared to be just another blowout game in Class 6A.

Considering how things have gone in the top classification in recent years, a lopsided 56-13 victory is nothing new.

Well, at least one of them.

Many may have expected North Allegheny to beat Hempfield by that score. The Spartans have had their struggles in recent years and their fair share of running clocks against them.

And Seneca Valley winning a 56-13 game against Norwin wouldn’t raise an eyebrow.
