BALTIMORE — Quinshon Judkins finally made his NFL debut. It was just a week later than he expected.

The Browns rookie running back was on the field for the first time in the first quarter of the game at the Baltimore Ravens . He started at running back, with his first NFL carry a two-yard loss on the third play of the opening drive.

Judkins, 21, was selected with the No. 36 overall pick in the second round out of Ohio State. Buy Cleveland Browns tickets

Judkins' wait to finally play was of his own doing. He was arrested July 12 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on a charge of "touch or strike/battery/domestic violence" after he was alleged to have hit with a closed fist a woman with whom he was traveling on July 7.
