The Chase star Darragh Ennis has named one star that he “doesn’t hang out with very much”. Darragh, 44, has been one of the Chasers on the hit ITV show since 2020.

The Dublin-born quizzer took over as The Menace three years after appearing as a contestant on the show. Darragh managed to pocket £9,000 in the show’s cash builder, defeating Paul Sinha to make it to the Final Chase.

However, his teammates took lower offers resulting in a cash prize of £6,300 from their win. It led fans of the show to start a GoFundMe to recoup Darragh the lost money - although he asked for the money to go to charity instead.
