Ricky Hatton was pictured smiling proudly next to his daughters and granddaughter just weeks before his tragic death.

The Stockport-born fighter was found dead at his home in Gee Cross, Hyde this morning (September 14).

Greater Manchester Police confirmed that the body of a 46-year-old man had been found and said that the death is not being treated as suspicious.

Ricky 'The Hitman' Hatton has not only left the boxing world in mourning, but he sadly leaves behind his three children - Campbell, 24, Millie, 13, and Fearne, 12, and granddaughter Lyla, seven.

Ricky was 22 when he welcomed his son Campbell in 2001 with his former partner Claire. He later became a father to Millie and Fearne whilst with his former fiancée Jennifer Dooley.
