LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Following its third blowout victory in non-conference play, Texas Tech is now ranked 17th in the latest AP Poll , up four spots from last week.

Tech also climbed four spots in the Coaches Poll , now ranked 16th.

Texas Tech opens conference play in Salt Lake City Saturday, Utah. The Utes are ranked 16th in the AP Poll, 18th in Coaches Poll. FOX’s network pregame show “Big Noon Kickoff” will also be there, with coverage starting at 9 a.m. CT. You can watch Texas Tech vs. Utah at 11 a.m. CT in Lubbock on FOX34, and on the FOX broadcast network nationwide.
