MARTINSBURG - Berkeley County is entering the new fiscal year with what county officials call a focus on public safety, infrastructure and community services, according to the 2024–2025 annual report released this week by the Berkeley County County Commission.
In his introduction, commission President Eddie Gochenour said the report reflects steady progress on priorities such as quality of life and delivery of services in West Virginia’s fastest-growing county, noting investments in parks, emergency response and government facilities.
