Penn State is 3-0 with a trio of convincing wins, but there are still some obvious offensive concerns that must be remedied in time for the Sept. 27 White Out vs. Oregon.

Regardless, the Nittany Lions have apparently played well enough to hold their ranking in the national polls.

Penn State stayed at No. 2 in both the Associated Press Top 25 Poll and the US LBM Coaches Poll .

In the nationally recognized AP Poll, Ohio State remained No. 1 and LSU at No. 3. Miami and Georgia each moved up one spot to round out the top five.
