Crews are still cleaning up the mess left behind after dozens of shipping containers fell off a ship in the Port of Long Beach last week.
At least 60 to 75 containers began toppling off the cargo ship Mississippi, docked at Pier G, shortly before 9 a.m. Tuesday. Officials told KTLA at the time that most of them were filled with electronics, clothing, furniture and shoes.
In the five days since the accident, the clean up process, which involves heavy machinery used to lift the containers from underwater, has made significant steps.
