PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- No one was hurt after a Bowie house caught flames Sunday, according to the Prince George's County Fire Department.

Firefighters responded at 12:10 p.m. to reports of a two-story house fire in the 1600 block of Golf Course Dr., where smoke could be seen billowing from the home.

There, flames were found in the basement and were quickly extinguished.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
