A Canadian elementary school teacher was suspended after allegedly showed his students conservative political activist Charlie Kirk 's assassination and suggested he deserved to be killed.

The teacher, who teaches grades 5 and 6, which includes students as young as 10, was reported to have given the students a speech about anti-fascism and transgender issues while showing the gruesome footage.

“Several students from his class went home and complained to their parents, traumatized at witnessing the on-camera death, which they were forced to witness numerous times over,” a source told the Toronto Sun after the incident took place on Thursday (September 11).
