The FBI arrested a New Mexico teenager accused of posting multiple racist and violent social media threats to commit "mass murder" following the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk .

Jace Allen, 19, was arrested on a federal charge of making online threats to kill "libs," Blacks and Jews and an Ohio city council member by stating, "You're gonna be one of the first to die. I'll be seeing you soon," stated a criminal complaint filed by an FBI agent.

Kirk, 31, a conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA, was killed by a sniper on Sept. 10 while speaking at a public event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.
