A Bedford woman accused of hosting an underage drinking party in connection with the death of a 17-year-old high school student is scheduled for a hearing in Merrimack district court on Oct. 16.

Heather Keegan, 55, was charged with facilitating an underage alcohol party – a misdemeanor – in August , more than two months after Tyson Bolduc was killed in a crash the night of June 8 on Wallace Road in Bedford. Keegan waived her arraignment last week.

Keegan knew people under the age of 21 “possessed or intended to consume alcohol at the party, and that 5 or more underage persons were present and at least one underage person consumed alcohol,” according to court documents.
