According to the city council’s agenda for its upcoming city council meeting, members of the Sioux City City Council will be asked to approve the purchase of three addresses on Pierce Street in Sioux City with Auditorium Shopping Area LLP.

These include the following addresses:

100 Pierce Street

112 Pierce Street

124 Pierce Street

Two of the properties are currently a Walgreens and a Burger King, while the third is vacant.
