PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Highway 99W in Newberg is closed to traffic as crews battle a commercial fire in the vicinity, according to officials.

Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue say the fire is a commercial fire in the 400th block of West 1st Street in Newberg, with Dundee fire crews assisting.

As a result, Hwy 99W is closed in both directions.

Newberg-Dundee Police are also on the scene to help with traffic, according to TVF&R.

No other details were immediately available.
