WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Sunday was the Wichita 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at the Epic Center; 25 different agencies from Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri all came together to climb 110 flights of stairs in memory of the 343 fire fighters lost 24 years ago.

I actually had the chance to participate in the climb this year (a day early alongside event organizers), with a KAKE photographer, and we got a real peek behind the scenes of this tradition.
