OMAHA, Neb. —

No. 18 Creighton Volleyball closed out the Bluejay Invitational with a dominant 3-0 sweep of Northern Iowa on Sunday afternoon at D.J. Sokol Arena.

Set scores were 25-13, 25-20, 25-17, as the Bluejays improved to 5-4 on the season and bounced back strong to cap their home tournament.

Redshirt freshman Nora Wurtz had a career-best five aces, helping Creighton control the serve-and-pass game throughout the match.

The Bluejays out-aced UNI 9-1 and committed just four service errors compared to the Panthers’ eight.

Ava Martin led CU with 10 kills, while libero Saige Damrow recorded a team-high 10 digs. The Jays hit an impressive . 330 as a team, with 39 kills, 39 digs, and six blocks.
