A former FBI agent has declared “lots of electronic evidence” against Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin Tyler Robinson, 22, will come out and be enough to secure a conviction - despite Robinson's refusal to cooperate with law enforcement.

Providing an update on the investigation to local media, Utah Governor Spencer Cox claimed Robinson was "not cooperating" with authorities, nor has he made a confession to police.

The 22-year-old is being held without bail in Utah County Jail as he awaits to be formally charged.

Speaking to Sky News on Monday morning, former FBI special agent, Navy SEAL and author Jonathan Gilliam said the amount of electronic evidence against Robinson appeared to be conducive for investigators in pursuing a conviction and building a case.
