Four people - Tamela Peterson, Gary Marken, Jeffrey Alan Mosteller and Aleta Harward Moffitt - were criminally charged in the boy's death.

Monday, Sept. 15, they'll appear in 52-4 District Court in Troy to determine whether there is enough evidence for their cases to go to trial in Oakland County Circuit Court.
