In just under a decade, Cyndi Ramirez-Fulton transformed Chillhouse from a single spa in downtown Manhattan into a nail-care brand that’s now sold in Target and Walmart. What started as a wellness space offering massages, facials, and nail services took an unexpected turn during the pandemic: As salons closed nationwide, Chillhouse pivoted to selling press-on nails, meeting the moment when customers needed at-home beauty solutions. Today, based in Miami, Ramirez-Fulton balances running her business with raising a 5-year-old son and nearly-2-year-old daughter alongside her husband, Adam, who serves as the company’s COO.
