President Trump, who was tried and convicted of loan fraud, is accusing Federal Reserve governor Lisa Cook of mortgage fraud, an unproven allegation that he says disqualifies her from service in a high-level government position.

How then, with his own loan fraud conviction, is Trump qualified to serve as president? Trump’s fraud conviction is of course aside from his conviction on 34 felony counts in a separate criminal trial in New York involving falsified business records.
