Imprisoned former U.S. Rep. George Santos says he’s been placed in solitary confinement following an unspecified death threat at FCI Fairton in Cumberland County.

The 37-year-old Republican is once again very unhappy about his living arrangements.

“I have been forced into solitary confinement while behind bars as the FBI investigates a threat against my life,” Santos wrote on social media Tuesday morning.

Attached to his post was a handwritten note sent to the South Shore Press, for which the former New York lawmaker has been a columnist since surrendering to prison July 25.

In his letter, Santos claims that on Aug. 18 he was “hauled” into an administrative building and informed by officials that, because people in prison wanted him dead, he was being sent to a special housing unit for
