HOUSTON (CW39) — A large 2-alarm apartment fire broke out Tuesday night in south Houston, drawing response from the Houston Fire Department.

The call came in around 10:14 p.m. at an apartment complex located at 2425 Holly Hall Street. About 75 firefighters responded, and crews went in defensive mode when flames spread to sevveral units.

Fortunately, no residents were injured, but officials told CW39 that multiple apartments were damaged and are uninhabitable. The exact number of units impacted is still being investigated by HFD Arson Division. No word on the cause.
