The week of Sept. 15 marks the midway point of the 2025 North Carolina high school fall sports season.

In Western North Carolina high school volleyball , Asheville High, West Henderson, Asheville Christian Academy, Owen and Cherokee are leading their respective conferences.

There have also been a handful of players who have impressed so far in 2025. Here are 25 players to watch at midseason.
