Early Tuesday morning (September 16), Milwaukee Police discovered six children, including a two-month-old infant, locked inside a storage unit on the city's north side. The children, ranging in age from 2 months to 9 years, were found at a StorSafe facility on 27th Street and Silver Spring Drive. Fortunately, none of the children were harmed.

A 26-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man were arrested in connection with the incident. The relationship between the adults and the children has not been disclosed, and the circumstances leading to the children being placed in the storage unit remain unclear. The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office is reviewing potential charges.
