FAIRMONT — The St. Pauls football team’s undefeated record and Fairmont’s winless one entering their Week 5 matchup doesn’t mean that the outcome is a sure thing, Bulldogs coach Mike Setzer says.

“If you go into the Fairmont game looking at their record, then it hurts you worse, because they are a team that’s got long and rangy guys that can make plays,” Setzer said. “Our job is to get off the bus and be St. Pauls Bulldogs, that’s our job. We can’t worry about Fairmont; that’s not being cocky, it’s just that we’ve got to be confident in what we preach and do every day. We’ve got to be on the bus and be St. Pauls Bulldogs and really believe that we’re going to be the better team.”

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. as Fairmont celebrates homecoming at Hal S. Floyd Stadium.
