Jake Paul and Gervonta Davis' proposed crossover clash is stuck in a state of limbo .
The fight, which is set to take place on November 15 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, may be forced to change venues after Paul's promotional outfit, Most Valuable Promotions, withdrew the event permits and rule waivers required to stage the card in the state of Georgia.
That is according to USA Today, which had the news confirmed by the Georgia Athletic and Entertainment (GAEC) Chairman, Rick Thompson.
The development comes days before the GAEC was set to meet to vote on a rule waiver that would have addressed the weight difference between Paul and Davis.
Paul is a natural cruiserweight (200lbs), who tipped the scales at 227lbs for a heavyweight bout with Mike Tyson last year.
Davis, on th
