Two-time 2A state champion Boedi Kirkland is taking the same habits that built his high school legacy and pointing them at the college grind.

Preparing to compete for Montreat College this fall, he set simple, measurable targets for the summer. He focused on building endurance and strength. He also worked to add quality weight as muscle so he could show up ready to fight for a starting spot and a trip to nationals.
