Police in North Carolina are hunting for a 26-year-old man accused of abducting a toddler.

One-year-old Iris Everly-Marie Fargis was last seen wearing an orange Halloween shirt with black pants. She is described as being white with brown hair and eyes, and approximately 2 feet and 1 inch tall, weighing 23 pounds.

Her alleged kidnapper is Tyler Ray Toodle, according to the Amber Alert, issued by Randolph County Sheriff's Office. Toodle is described as being a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

They were last seen traveling in a black 2018 Honda Civic with a license plate of JMS-6500.
